Liv is an operating executive with 20 years of experience building and commercializing disruptive technologies in obesity care, endoscopy, and surgical innovation. She has held senior leadership roles across clinical, commercial, and operational functions and has played key roles in scaling early-stage platforms into global businesses.
Before Phenomix, Liv led marketing and commercial development at ExplORer Surgical, where she scaled a virtual procedure management and case support software platform, driving 9× revenue growth and contributing to a successful exit to GHX. Prior to ExplORer, Liv spent decade at Apollo EndoSurgery, where she was instrumental in bringing category-defining transoral surgical technologies from feasibility studies to global adoption, culminating in the company’s acquisition by Boston Scientific.
